Description of Crypto Raffle

Crypto Raffle is a decentralized raffle platform where users participate by purchasing tickets using cryptocurrencies. Each ticket represents one entry for the opportunity to win the prize described for each raffle.

Eligibility Requirements

• Participation is permitted worldwide, provided that participants acknowledge and accept that the raffle is governed under the jurisdiction of Mexico.
• Participation by residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency raffles are prohibited by law is not allowed. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that their participation complies with local laws and regulations.
• A compatible wallet capable of supporting tokens on the Tron network is required to participate.

Participation Procedure

• To participate, users must send the required amount of cryptocurrency to the smart contract address published on our official website.
• Each valid transaction automatically generates one or more participation tickets.
• There is no maximum limit on the number of tickets a participant may acquire.

Prizes

• The prize will be as described in the raffle announcement published for each event.
• The prize value may be expressed in either fiat currency or cryptocurrency.
• Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes or legal charges in the winner's jurisdiction.
• Prizes may be subject to changes in the total amount awarded, depending on the percentage of tickets sold.

Drawing and Winner Selection

• The winner will be determined based on the grand prize results of the Mexican National Lottery (to ensure transparency and prevent manipulation).
• The date and time of each drawing will be announced in advance on our official website.
• The result will be public and immutable.

Additional Expenses

• Any costs associated with the transfer of the prize (e.g., gas fees) shall be borne by the winner.
• If the prize is a physical item, shipping costs and any applicable local taxes shall be the responsibility of the winner. Alternatively, the prize may be delivered in cryptocurrency or fiat currency through a mutually agreed negotiation regarding price and timeline.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Liability

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical failures of the blockchain network, wallet errors, gas fee losses, or service interruptions.
• The organizer does not guarantee any returns, profits, or expectations of future gains for participants.
• The organizer does not guarantee the full delivery of the prize if at least 80% of the tickets are not sold for a given raffle. In such a case, participants will be notified, and a reduced prize will be awarded, equivalent to 50% of the total amount collected in that specific raffle.
• Participation in Crypto Raffle implies acceptance of the inherent risks associated with the use of blockchain networks.

Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, the raffle schedule, or the prizes when justified causes exist, with prior notice provided through official channels.

Data Protection

• Data collected for ticket issuance purposes will be used solely to contact the winner and to demonstrate the transparency of the raffle.
• Should additional information be required for the delivery of physical prizes, it will be requested directly from the winner through private communication.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in Crypto Raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
